After the cleaning services, we always ask your feedback to be sure the job was done right. In case of any issues be presented to us we will offer you the best solution to keep you satisfied.

We will be happy to attend you as often as you need our services. We are flexible and will be a pleasure to help you, you just have to ask, and we will be ready, if you need a cleaning weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, fortnight, daily or even just one time!

In the event that you reschedule, skip, add or cancel your service, we ask that you give 1 business day notice. Without 1 business day notice you will be charged 50% of your cleaning. Cancellations on the same day of service for any reason will be charged the full rate of service. Your time slot is yours, it is reserved for just you, if you cancel last minute, it cannot be filled, and this results in our employees working less hours.

Lock out is when the cleaner can’t get into the place to be cleaned and the customer is not reachable by text message, email, calling.

The key is not in the hidden place or we don’t have the alarm code

A lock out means that the time of our cleaner is being expended and will be charged the time of the waiting. In case of the client is not there and the cleaning doesn’t happen because of a lock out, will be charged 50% of the value of the cleaning.

Our cleaners will communicate with us in case of any damage so we can notify you.

It is important you communicate with us immediately if you discover a damaged item and we will do our best to fix it ASAP.

Super Cleaners has a liability insurance, which covers any damage to your property.

It’s up to you. The clients can be present, but the most of them prefer to leave a key in a safe place or please inform us the access codes so you can be free to go out. In case of alarm systems, can be let off or the clients can give us entry and exit codes.

Yes, it can be discussed, however, $30 extra charges apply to cover travel the costs for each travel.
